Annette Hurley, Career Development and Management Guru’s Managing Director has over 40+ years’ experience specialising in recruitment.

She also has a university lecturing background in business, recruitment, human resources and communications.

Throughout her career, she has recruited across numerous industries and professions for all levels of personnel including, executives, professionals, trades and technical and administrative staff.  

She has owned two recruitment agencies. The first she calls her BC employment agency (before children) which she had for over ten years and Career Development & Management Guru established in 2012 which she calls her AC employment agency (after children).

Annette and her team of experienced and qualified recruitment professionals are passionate about making a difference by solving employer’s staffing issues and finding job seekers their ideal job.
