Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issues with this website, particularly submitting a form, there are some simple things that you can check so that you may be able to proceed.
The following are some steps you can take to solve any issues you are encountering
1. Seeing a 502 Bad Gateway Error message: Make sure that your are uploading PDF files of your Cover Letter and Resume. The server security does not allow the uploads of Word Document files.
2. Check your browser version: If your browser is not up to date, update it and then try submitting the form again.
3. Refresh Your Browser: Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your browser. Sometimes your browser can save a cached version of your previous visit and refreshing it will update your browser information to the latest version of the website.
4. Try a different browser: Sometimes the browser you are using is either not working correctly due to a plugin or addon conflict. Using another browser such as the latest versions Firefox may fix the issue. There are known issues with older versions of Internet Explorer and Safari and also the later version of Chrome.
5. Check your Internet connection: Some internet connections can timeout due to the type of connection. If you are using a company internet connection, there may be a firewall in place to stop uploads of documents to other websites for security reasons.
6. Check Upload file size: You may be attaching documents to a form and the document might exceed the upload limit. The limits on our uploads for all our forms are 4mb per document. If the document is large, it may appear to hang on submission, but please wait as the document is uploading.
7. Turn off Browser Plugins: Sometimes your browser has installed many types of plugins or addons. Switching off the plugins and addons may help.
8. Check for Firewall: Are you running an internet firewall. Sometimes this can interrupt the uploading of content to the web. Some antivirus programs can limit the uploads of files to the internet as well. Check your antivirus program settings to see if there are limitations in place.
9. Try again later: Click the Save and Continue link at bottom of form to save your entry and come back in 30 minutes.
